Case Manager
The Case Manager shall provide the following services to a caseload of YouthBuild program members: individual counseling, supportive services, character development, job development, educational tutoring, case management and referrals to outside resources. Additional responsibilities for this position shall include, but not be limited to, assisting with development of effective life skills, positive leadership skills, the skills necessary to set and achieve short- and long-term goals, overcome barriers to success, become self-sufficient and resolve conflict.
Job Placement Coach
The Job Placement Coach reports to the Program Director and provides services to YouthBuild members, including counseling, character development, job development, tutoring, case management, and referrals. include fostering life skills, leadership abilities, and goal-setting skills, as well as helping members overcome barriers to success. The Coach is also responsible for securing placement opportunities in post-secondary education, vocational training, and apprenticeships.


Intake Specialist
The Intake Specialist will play a vital role in the program's success by reaching out to the community, advocating for its benefits, and increasing student enrollment. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for identifying care management programs and public benefits that can be availed by the program participants. Additionally, the Intake Specialist will provide comprehensive information, assistance, referrals, and case management services to all program participants, including walk-ins, as and when required. The Intake Specialist duties will not only ensure that all program participants receive the help they need but also that the program is well-known and supported within the community.
Fiscal Admin Assistant
The Fiscal Admin Assistant will perform routine clerical accounting duties related to the preparation and processing of all accounting activities including but not limited to: Responsible for processing and verifying invoices, collecting proper evidence/receipts of expenses, record keeping of all expenses, recording and scanning all records into QuickBooks and Bills.com in order for CPA Accounting firm to properly code and reconcile expenses. Prepare vendor check requests, debit card purchase requests, and include supporting documentation for justification of expense. Maintain communication with Fiscal Operations Manager and CPA firm to ensure proper recording of all accounting activities. Regular and consistent contact with CPA firm that provides accounting services to LA CAUSA.
