Empowering the Next Generation of Changemakers

LA CAUSA YouthBuild, based in East Los Angeles, California, is committed to empowering young people ages 16–29 from low-income families through education, career preparation, and leadership development.

We provide a holistic approach that combines vocational training, counseling, leadership development, and community involvement. Our programs are designed not only to foster personal growth but also to prepare participants to enter the workforce trained, confident, and ready to succeed in meaningful careers.

With a strong focus on workforce development, we partner with industries and community organizations to ensure that the participants we serve gain hands-on skills, industry recognized certifications, and real-world work experience. This equips them to achieve long-term career success while contributing to their families and communities.

Our passion lies in building affordable housing and creating pathways of opportunity for underserved individuals and their families. Every project represents both workforce training and community transformation, helping young people develop as skilled workers and as the next leaders dedicated to positive change.
